最新研究发现,每天步行7000步,就能显著降低出现严重健康问题的风险。这比目前普遍建议的一万步少。根据刊登在医学期刊《柳叶刀-公共卫生(Lancet Public Health)》的研究报告,国际研究人员在分析57份早前发布的、涉及16万人的研究结果后发现,和每天步行2000步的人相比,每天走7000步的人过早死亡的风险降低了近一半;罹患失智症的风险也减低近四成(38%);患上忧郁症的风险减超过两成(22%);得糖尿病的风险低了14%。此外,每天走7000步的人罹患癌症和跌倒的风险也相对较低。研究人员指出,步行所带来的健康效益,会在7000步前达到高峰;7000步过后,健康效益也会持续增加,但差异不大。尽管如此,研究人员认为,每天已经步行一万步或以上的人,应该继续这么做,因为能为健康带来更多益处。
